"A little noisy for a presidential suite, just know that if you book the presidential suite, they have 2 and they are both on the 2nd floor just over the boardwalk and main street. Fun to people watch, but a little noisy. The room was GREAT! "

"We went for a music festival that was easy access via the hotel tie in. However the check in they asked for $$$ for check in that differed by the hour if you wanted to get into your room earlier. The festival started at noon! Also the hotel is nice, but needs upgrades for the price. "

"The stay was wonderful. Everything was online-checkin was easy and great communication made the stay amazing. Only downside was the pool was temporarily unavailable for use. But honestly the room was fun and in a peaceful location. Will be glad to return and recommend"

The gardens and pool area were beautifully maintained and created a welcoming atmosphere, with guests enjoying continental breakfast together in the mornings and relaxed conversations in the evenings. The room had all the essentials—clean, cool, and exactly as described. Communication from the owners was excellent, and the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. "

"Our room was never serviced and we had to request towels on multiple occasions. The pillows were about 2 inches thick and not fluffy, and the bedsheets were substandard in that they were thin."

"Check in staff were amazing but truthfully when we checked out not so much. The manager stood there while we waited and the other woman was on the phone with a customer and then had to go in the back to get someone to help us rather than handle us herself. Seems like checking in is great but then they don’t care at the front desk when you check out because they don’t care at that point, Bar staff and restaurant staff were wonderful"

"There was a water in the hotel causing what looked like black mold on various floors !!! Especially in GYM! Which was not clean "
