"Loved our 3 night stay. Nice property!"

"Check in was easy. But upon check in we were notified that the pool was down for maintenance and that the advertised breakfast included was not available for over a year. I complained at check that I those amenties should have been notified and updated in their advertising and that would have caused me not to book the hotel if they were known. The management of the hotel said they have told Expedia for several months and Expedia has not changed it. If we wish any compensation if must be though Expedia. Now as the evening progressed from 9pm-11pm there was someone trying to break into our room 4 different times with a key that opened the door, but we had 2nd deadbolt on. My daughter would get up and relock the door. At 11 pm we started recieving prank calls and hang ups. We called to front desk very upset and complained and then sent a sercurity guard up immediatley to check. When security arrived we discovered with him the the dead bolt was completely pulled off from the door and making it imposible to open the door. The guard said "We will move you to another room, one of you must come downstairs to get the new keys to the new room on a different floor. " As I was exiting the room 3 teenage boys from a baseball team were in the hall with one turning and going in the room across from us and the other two (#7, on shirts) run to other end of hall to a room. I reported that to front desk and a coach/parent I saw in elevator. 2nd room was without hair dryer,& trashcan"

"Walls were dirty and the property itself was not clean. Bottles of beer and liquor were on our stoop and there was a constant smell of weed near our rooms. Staff used offensive language towards one of my athletes of color and then lied about it when I approached them after admitting it to another adult in our group. Free breakfast was a muffin the size of a golf ball which was also disappointing."

"First of all come from New Jersey to Ohio. It’s my third time out there and this is got. I have to say one of the worst places to stay definitely they was not polite. I saw a roach. The bed is hard. The sheets were dirty. I spoke to them several times to come change the bedsheets, the towels they were rude to me. This has to be one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed . Good luck to those who stay there I know I would never stay in this place ever. When I also lost a pair of reading glasses I called back because the cleaning lady right after I left cleaned the room and now they’re saying they don’t have it or they have no knowledge of it. Don’t trust this place sleep there at your own expense. I would rather spend more to get a piece of mind of cleanliness and hospitality. This is definitely not it"

"When I checked in they gave me 1 king bed instead of 2 queens and told me it was expedias fault because they're liars. First room had plywood on the door where it had been kicked in, no sheets just a duvet, no phone, got put in another room phone and tv didn't work, no lines on pull out bed, had to go get them myself. When I went to the front desk the gentleman working was asleep at the computer. Checked out a day early and went to another hotel and still haven't received my refund or deposit back. Horrible customer service, dirty hotel, smelled like cigarettes and the floors in the hallway on the 3rd floor were soaking wet. Only one elevator worked, trash was set outside of almost every door on the 3rd floor, just overall not good. For what they charge it's ridiculous"
