"Staff at the front desk could be significantly nicer, especially the young man that checked me in, but except for a young lady that was next to him who was nice to a guest the rest I met was a bit rude. The young man that checked me in did not tell me about the breakfast but I should have known that. Parking was a nightmare and expensive. Lots of cool eating establishments around it but homeless on every corner made it a bit sketchy to walk with my kids, but I should have done my homework. Lastly no tea in the room just coffee."

"Nice hotel room with an excellent rooftop restaurant. Parking is a bit expensive as valet required but our vehicle was available within minutes. The surrounding area was a bit disappointing with a lot of homeless people and shady transactions taking place. This despite being close to the convention center and sports venue, but that’s a city of Portland problem."

"Spent a few nights and based my stay on previous ratings, which were positive and accurate. Was traveling with my bike and the valet stored it in a secure location with the bikes they have available for guests. Ate a breakfast one morning at the cafe and the food was tasty and portions generous. Attentive and friendly staff. Definitely would stay here again."

"Very comfortable bed and pillows. Functional hooks on walls in multiple places was appreciated. Very nice fenced yard. Host was a little rude when I texted to tell him we were bringing a dog but couldn't find the place on the booking to mark that. No biggie, got it figured out. The front of the unit smelled vaguely like a cat litter box. Overall a nice stay for a short trip."

"Charming and calm place to stay in Portland, with lots of options for funky fun! It is steps from the bus stop which made getting around a breeze. If you are a fun plant loving person, this is a great find. The bathroom has cute doors with windows and is partially open at the top, so if you are traveling with a partner, be prepared for that. However, I always felt like I was making a grand entrance when leaving the bathroom, so it was fun!"
