"The check-in process was smooth, which only required a phone call and sending my ID over to receive the password for my room. Overall, the room was clean and comfy; however, I found the water very unclean, as the color came out to be milky."

It’s well worn in some aspects but with character and cleanliness….heated clean-looking outdoor pool (assuming seasonal)….continental breakfast in the morning (wrapped pastries, fruit, coffee and tea). Our bed was comfy, the room was clean, we had a fridge and microwave, gas fireplace w/ a timer. It’s not the most updated hotel but the price point was perfect, we had a view of the lake just outside our room and it’s a short walk to The Village. Positive interactions with the staff. Would stay again! (And they are pet friendly!)."

"The customer service was excellent. They had activities and games for the kids. The rooms had everything we needed in it. I like having the whole complete kitchen.It was like standing a little to bedroom apartment.It was very nice."
