"The decor was great and beautifully adorned with portraits of many iconic musicians. Our room was clean and spacious enough for the two of us, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. All the staff we encountered were polite, friendly, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location was also a big plus, with lots of restaurants within walking distance, making it very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"My kids were disappointed the pool closed at 9pm, we were school shopping and didnt get to the hotel till after that...should be open till at least 10. Two queen beds which sleeps 4 and only two each of the towels and face cloths, very inconvenient and not necessary. Should at least be 4 bath towels and face cloths."

"It was all wonderful especially George at the front desk who went above and beyond to meet our needs. Thank you George. You helped make our stay very special. ( I managed the Crossroads back in the seventies when it was a Motel, Lounge, Restaurant and Tralier Park) It was great to reminisce on this new and improved property. My wife and I recommend this place to everyone wanting a great place to stay near Mount Pearl and St.John's. Great job Crossroad's Staff."
