"We didn’t know quite what to expect having never stayed in a Riad hotel before. However the room was functional and had all we needed. The staff were pleasant and helpful and very approachable. Never got to use the pool due to the weather but ate in the restaurant which was good food a at a good price. All in all very happy with our stay."

"Spa was lovely, breakfast OK and dinner disappointing. Staff were rude when I raised an issue about the room I'd been given not being as expected (and smelling badly of stale smoke despite being a non-smoking room) - one receptionist hung up on me when I called from the room. I was told repeatedly to come back later at reception and they tried to give me a smaller room that the category I paid for. Eventually got a nice room but it ruined the first 2 days of our holiday. Would never go back."

"The hotel was well located and away from the busy roads - 10 minute walk from the train station. The room I had booked with a balcony was not available the first night and the one I received was small, definitely not 30 sq meters as described. The second room was much better with a view of the city and larger. Bed was confortable and shower had very hot water and lots of pressure. Breakfast was good and plentiful in the mornings. However, there was no wifi in the room as in the description. Wifi was only available in the lounge off the lobby. Also, there was loud music from the restaurant that could be heard every evening from my room till 23:00. Finally, I was overcharged for the taxes, which were supposed to be 13.3 dirhams a night as incicated in my reservation. However, they chanrge me 20 dirham a night."

"We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were second to none extremely attentive and professional throughout our visit. A special mention to the Manager, Aissian, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We initially had an issue with the air conditioning in our room and were upgraded to a suite. Although the suite wasn’t quite right for us, Aissian personally stepped in, handled the situation with genuine care, and made sure the matter was fully resolved to our satisfaction. Adam at the Sports Bar was also fantastic, especially impressive as it was only his second day on the job. He was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, which were absolutely lovely and added to the overall experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will certainly be visiting again!"

"I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu and unfortunately my experience did not meet expectations. At check-in, the staff member was not the friendliest, which set the tone for the stay. I had booked this room two months in advance and specifically requested that it be decorated to surprise my fiancé for his birthday. To my disappointment, nothing had been arranged upon arrival. After submitting feedback 24 hours later, I was approached by the same staff member while I was leaving the property in the elevator. At that point, it felt too late and more like an attempt to address the situation because of my feedback rather than a proactive effort to make things right. While discussing the matter with another staff member, he was extremely obnoxious and did not follow up on what he had committed to. The lack of ownership and follow-through was frustrating. On our last day, we finally spoke with the property manager, who did arrange something special in the room. I genuinely appreciate his apology and his effort to rectify the situation created by his team. The room itself was clean, but it definitely felt lived in, with noticeable wear and tear. Overall, I’m not sure this experience lived up to the 5-star standard I’m accustomed to. "
