"The house was clean and organized. Everything you could need for your stay is provided. We met Jim at check-in. He showed us where everything was and how it worked. The outdoor patio is really nice. Even on a rainy evening. The hot tub is nice and warm and relaxing. Very convenient to downtown. Would recommend even for multiple families."

"This is a wonderful property — clean, spacious and a convenient location. We could easily walk to the grocery store or into downtown Hill City to enjoy the restaurants. The house has two huge gathering areas: a spacious living room on the first floor and a magnificent, huge sunroom on the second floor. We enjoyed watching the turkeys from the sunroom. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. "
