"The pool and access to the beach was nice. My room had a bug issue but they changed it after about 2 hrs. There is no restaurant on site. The view from the balcony was wonderful but the rooms can use some renovations"

"The hotel is in a great location—conveniently situated near the water and within walking distance of several good places to eat, which made the stay very enjoyable and easy to navigate. While the property shows some signs of age and could benefit from a refresh and a deeper level of cleaning, it still offers a comfortable stay overall. One of the highlights was Veronica, the security guard. She was outstanding—very knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. Her positive attitude and genuine hospitality really stood out and added a personal touch to the experience."

"Staff was great. Hotel has options for coffee and restaurants. If you like pools, you’re in luck. There a multiple in the property. They seemed to be very clean. We prefer the ocean, and swam there. The way the beach is situated, you can swim not having to worry about waves…it was wavy all 5 days we were there. There’s plenty of parking near by, if needed. Room was clean; it had a balcony with a nice view."

"Clinton & Debbie For my 57th birthday, my wife and I traveled to Puerto Rico, and what began as a last-minute hotel change turned into something that felt like divine intervention. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality and a level of professionalism that stood out immediately. Louis and Mariana at the front desk set the tone with warmth and efficiency. As an Executive Chef with over 30 years of experience, I recognize when time and intention have been invested in developing strong frontline leadership, and it was clearly evident here. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered a stunning lagoon view. Nereida, our housekeeper, was both attentive and gracious, adding a personal touch that elevated our stay. Throughout the property, from the pool area to the laundry facilities, everything was well-maintained and consistently clean. The hotel restaurant was visually impressive. The lighting, design, and open kitchen concept created an inviting and elevated dining atmosphere, and the menu offerings were well thought out. However, the temperature in the dining area was noticeably too cold, which detracted from our breakfast experience and ultimately kept us from returning. Even with that minor setback, the overall experience left a lasting impression on us. In fact, it impacted us so much that we are now planning our 20th wedding anniversary celebration at this very property. A special thank you to Paula Alvarez, Catering Manager."
