"Property was alright enough, but right beside the US 41 so we heard cars on the highway all night long. Room was on top of the restaurant so it was very loud. Restaurant's food was very good, but the service was terrible. Tried to go back for breakfast and were ignored once again so we actually walked out. Drinks from the bar were awful & warm, took forever to receive them. Not sure where all the pics of fancy drinks w ducks is from, our drinks were nothing like that. "

"Everything was amazing! The resort is beautiful, staff are super helpful and caring. Our rooms were amazing; we were sad our vacation had to end. We will definitely stay there the next time we go to Naples."

"The place is beautiful, but I am not happy with the cleanliness of the room. I actually had to go out and buy floor cleaner because the floor was very dirty—as was the bathroom. It is obvious that they don't use bleach and only do a half-hearted job of sweeping; bleach kills bacteria and mold. The table was covered in dust. I am dissatisfied with the room; considering the price they charge, I think the housekeeping staff should pay more attention—I don't believe they actually inspect the rooms to verify their cleanliness. "LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! I stayed with my 15 yo daughter for a 5 night girls trip over April break and we loved the proximity to beach and third street. The pool was great too and plenty of privacy. The condo is a really nice, quiet condo setup and well cared for. Parking and access to the unit is so easy. One thing to know is that the smaller bedroom has a door that opens to the outside. I didn't feel great about my daughter being in this room so she got the much nicer primary suite since I'm a nice mom. The smaller bedroom and bathroom is fine but wouldn't be great for 2 adults. If we were here as a family, I'd probably just have the kids sleep in there, really there are no safety concerns in Naples. The unit was stocked with towels and beach equipment which was really handy. Kitchen has everything you need. All around we loved our stay and would definitely come back!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Old Naples. The location couldn’t have been better! Just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, which made everything so convenient. The condo itself was spotless and very well maintained. We also really enjoyed having access to the pool, which was a nice bonus for relaxing after a day out. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Everything was great for our six night stay.We did not want for anything as the unit is SO well equipped and included many, many extras! Just two of us , but having 2 bathrooms is a bonus which makes this perfect for couples. The king bed is so,so comfy.We loved the pool area and the whole vibe of the complex. This location can’t be beat.The place was immaculate upon arrival..that’s very important to us and it was spotless! Mary was in contact prior to arrival, after arrival, and before we departed but you can contact her anytime if needed. Much appreciated. A/5 Stars"

"Everything was perfect but the night supervisor Susana was very rude. Apparently she doesn’t like her job. All the other staff members were very helpful and very attentive.including Armand the concierge who provided a very good service. I hope the management can hire people who actually likes the job and has the correct attitude. Susana seems to be very unhappy with her work but also with her life."
