"The property is well situated and close to restaurants. The bar/restaurant in the property is really convenient. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the wall air conditioner unit was not properly place and you can see the outside and the mini fridge was leaking and leaving water around it. There was a minor confusion at the arrival, where it took 1:30hrs after check in time for us to get a room and when they were ready they assign me the wrong room which they correct promptly. Overall a nice stay."

"Fantastic hotel! We stayed for 6 nights - the property has a private garage so parking was a breeze. Really good location in Old Naples on 5th Ave. in walking distance to all of the downtown bars, restaurants and shops. A few more blocks past that is the beach - super easy! The staff was the highlight - everyone was so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was amazing. The pool area was large and great to the kids, loved the balcony overlooking the marina. I would highly recommend staying here! "

"The property is well maintained and in proximity to 3rd & 5th Ave for shopping and dining, also a 15 min walk to the beach. It has a pool and views of the marina if you get a room on that side. On the - side, it is a 50 y.o. building and the rooms are small and although clean on the outdated side. I believe our room was an owner operated by hotel, again clean but small. AC units are small and noisy and can’t really keep up with cooling the entire room unless you run them 24/7. "

"This hotel was outstanding in every possible way. Far exceeded expectations for a boutique hotel. Every single amenity was included. No specific resort fee, individual rides to wherever you want to go within a 5 mile radius and exceptional service from every person we interacted with the restaurant was fantastic. The beach equipment was brand new and takes you right to the shore in five minutes or less great for restaurants or shopping or just getting around bicycles also included beautiful pool. The restaurant was incredible as well as the nightclub with live music. Could not honestly have a man so much in one place I recommend we stay at.f"

"This place was amazing. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Never heard any noises from adjacent units. Everything (kitchen utensils and beach toys) was high quality and in superb condition. Host was the most responsive we have ever experienced. Bed was super comfortable. Location was fabulous. We walked to 5th avenue every evening for restaurants, and the beach was a block away. Five stars are not enough!"
