"Do not book a classic double or single. This place is severely run down and poorly managed. We booked for three nights and only stayed the first night then requested a refund and cancellation of our last two nights. I felt bad for the staff having to deal with numerous complaints from patrons but they were respectful. If you can’t walk up stairs or don’t have patience to wait ages for a lift, don’t stay here."
