The check in/out process was very organized with options for early arrival or late departure (for a fee) which was very helpful to me. Everyone was friendly and professional. The room was clean and bed comfortable but being earplugs for city traffic and car horns of you are a light sleeper. Common are carpets in my wing need to be replaced but my room carpets were clean. Overall great stay! Great location!!

great location near tcr station. single room is small but nicely equipped with room safe, ac unit, bath room. good self-service breakfast buffet. house-keeping procedure needs improvement, ordering at reception each time and waiting for cleaning is inconvenient and did not always work.

Hotel was clean and in a great location. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Bare amenities, but that's pretty standard in London. The only issue was the elevators were breaking pretty often, so wait times were long. Also didn't love that they charge 5 quid per bag to store luggage.

Honestly, its cheap for a reason, good location prepare to wait a long time for the lifts, rooms only cleaned every 4 days without paying, be careful of early check in, i paid but no room was available …. Still no refund…. I would use again but only if it is significantly discounted vs neighbors. Signature rooms are worth it…. They have working AC

This hotel was conveniently located near Tottenham Court Road Station, with plenty of shops in the surrounding area. Keeping your luggage before check-in costs 5 pounds. Although the repeating water noise from the toilet was a bit distracting, the room was good enough for a one-night stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the dining area was completely full.

This hotel is right in the middle of everything and is a good price for the location. It is clean and safe. There are few amenities, as to be expected. The only issue is that the hotel elevators are very small and very slow. I would request a lower floor and take the stairs, if you can.

Amazing location, on the shower box there was no place to put anything. ( soap for example ) the elevators most of the time very crowded. I got an early check in. But when it was check in time. It had huge lines, TV remote wasn’t working properly. Only turnê on and off. Couldn’t change channel, breakfast was good. But always the same thing. Best part is location.

It’s so sad to comment but I would like everyone must know carefully before booking this hotel. The room is moldy and stuffy without air conditioner, bathroom is so dirty. Service is so bad. The only good point of this hotel is location. It’s in the center but I would rather to stay a bit further place and enjoy my trip rather than this stuffy and moldy hotel!

STG is an older hotel in a very, very busy part of the city, it feels built to offer as many people somewhere to stay as possible, which is important and good. That said, you’re in a very busy, around-the-clock neighbourhood, and you’ll be in a hotel that feels a bit crowded and claustrophobic compared to everything I’ve stayed in anywhere in the UK or Canada. Be ready for very long waits for the four tiny elevators, and bring some earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to everything. Lots of choices for food. 2 blocks from the Underground including Elizabeth line from Heathrow. Downside side is they charge a £20 early check in fee, even if the room is ready. For the sake of 2 hours after travelling all night I paid it. I had tickets for the British Museum and that was more important. They was no option to store luggage.

It's a perfect location, easy to find the hotel. The only complains of this hotel are their lifts and / or elevators. It's extremely slow and often, we have to decide to take their stairs down. But with heavy luggage, it's impossible to take the stairs. Hopefully, they can fix this problem for the future! I also wish that they have a air conditioning in the room... it is too stuffy.

My single room did exactly what I needed it to — it gave me a clean safe place to stay when traveling by myself. So conveniently close to the British Museum and I came strait from Heathrow on the Elizabeth line. The only 2 minor drawbacks were that there was no room to open my suitcase except on my bed and that there was vacuum cleaner left out on the narrow hall the whole overnight stay I was there.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful room could of been cleaner though and tea,coffee,sugar,milk there wasn't enough.. my partner is a wheel chair user but there was a couple of steps that lead to our room so he had to get out the wheelchair and I had to carry the wheelchair over the steps but part from that everything was great and staff went out there way to help
