"We had a fantastic stay this past week at this property! The location of the Villa was perfect- steps away from a gorgeous beach and having a nice pool was amazing. We also appreciate the privacy it (Villa) provided.My family and I have stayed at other properties on Exuma, this by far has to be the best one! This modern Villa is laid out perfectly, plenty of room for two large (we brought our best friends along this time) families. The entire property is immaculately maintained!The location of the property is close to the airport and very central on the island. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a home cooked meal together. Thank you Angelique, Gabby and Dmitri for the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful property!! We will be back!!"

"This place was perfect for us since we needed one night near the GGT airport. It is close to the airport and very comfortable. We could walk a couple minutes to a beach with no one else around. The proprietors were very nice and easy to reach on WhatsApp. The Internet was a little slow. There were no nearby restaurants or food stores, but we took a taxi to Georgetown for a most delicious dinner. If you spend time there, it might be best to rent a car."

"We were amazed at this slice of paradise! It was our third trip back to Exuma in the past year. We have rented a large home, room at a resort hotel and now the carriage house. It had everything we needed for the week. It’s hard to find a place that is perfect for two people with a full kitchen and the most amazing grounds including an infinity pool and hot tub on the most beautiful sandy beach in Exuma. Communication with the owners was very quick. We will be back! "

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, well-appointed home in Mosstown, Exuma. The house had absolutely everything we needed for a fantastic vacation—whether cooking together in the spacious kitchen with its large center island, grilling outside, or gathering in the roomy living area. Each bedroom came with its own bathroom and private veranda, offering plenty of space and comfort for everyone.The outdoor spaces were just as impressive. We spent our days relaxing by the pool, enjoying the comfortable patio furniture, and taking in the breathtaking beach that truly felt like our own private paradise. The colors of the water—shifting from the lightest azure to deep blue—must be seen in person to be fully appreciated.It was also a great comfort knowing the on-site property manager was close by and ready to assist with anything we needed. Beyond the home, we explored local markets and restaurants, and rented a boat to visit nearby Stocking Island—an unforgettable highlight of our trip.This home truly enhanced our Exuma experience, and everyone in our group is already making plans to return next year. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and the most authentic Exuma experience imaginable!"

"Cloud 9's location was absolutely perfect for us. The views are spectacular. The house is spacious. Both the host and the on-island contact were responsive and very gracious. Some things to know. The house contents are "well-loved" but all still functional. The master BR closets are locked so be prepared to improvise if you need to hang dresses. Be prepared to provide your own paper towels, dish sponge, laundry detergent. Every vrbo we've visited has provided basic amounts of those things, even on more remote locations than Exuma. The 14 stairs to the beach are easy but could really benefit from a handrail. None of these points are deal breakers for us and we would definitely stay there again. Just wanted to list a few details that i wish i had prepared for."
