"We stayed one night as we passed through on our way to Montana. It was the perfect space to stretch out, rest, shower and recoup before the next days journey. The space was clean and inviting. The view, is in fact, fantastic. Ryan responded quickly with any questions I had leading up to our arrival. And you can’t beat the price compared to what you would pay for a questionably clean hotel room. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again in a heart beat."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and as described. It was very quiet, inside and out. We enjoyed walking around the property, multiple deer sightings, the wind whispering through the pines and the ability to grill in the evenings. We stayed 4 days. It’s a great location for visiting all of the local attractions"

"Black Hills Paradise...We loved our stay at Gary and Audrey's getaway outside Rapid City. The house was comfortable and really felt like a home away from home. The two living rooms were great for when some of us wanted to watch TV and others just wanted to chat. The kitchen had almost everything we needed to cook easy meals. The grounds are lovely and we really enjoyed walking down to the creek to see/hear the rushing water. The yard looks like a beautiful place to have a wedding! The furniture is mostly antiques. The couches and chairs were comfy. We liked that the location is tucked away from the traffic of Rapid City. Our group was two couples and we had plenty of room and privacy and we each had a bathroom and a King bed. There is a third bedroom with a Queen bed right next to another bedroom. The A/C in the house is provided by window units, but we didn't need them during our June stay. There's also a really nice hammock/swing chair on the porch...you may not want to get out of it. We would definitely stay again!Tips: The Mexican restaurant around the corner (Mexico Tipico) is great - we ate there twice.There are three coolers for guest use."

"The views…the spaces…everything was amazing! The hosts communicated so clearly and efficiently and made sure we had everything we needed for an stress-free family vacation with our corgis. The hot tub provided such a relaxing setting in the evenings, and that balcony, what a sight to enjoy in the mornings with our coffee. It was perfect and just what we were looking for, for our family escape."
