This was the first time staying in North Topsail. It worked perfect for us and we greatly enjoyed the quiet and less crowded area. The house was great! We especially loved the downstairs screened in area with the couches and tv. "

"Awesome little condo exactly as described. Steps to the beach and a few more steps to the pool. Clean, quiet, comfortable and well-furnished with everything you could need (even coffee!). Didn’t mind making the drive down to Surf City and Topsail for restaurants and shopping. Loved the little balcony and not having to keep up with a key! I was surprised by how lit everything in the area was with it being a big turtle beach. Thankfully this complex was nice and dark! Thank you!"
