"Parking is a bit of a squeeze but we did get a space although there is ample, easier parking at the library close by. We didn’t stay for breakfast so cannot comment on that. Initial receptionist (Easter Sunday) was okay but the receptionist on Easter Monday was friendly, informative and quite lovely which Sunday reception could maybe take a leaf from. Room was so airy, quiet and big so it was a shame to not have twin beds for our teens (who are big) and had to share a small sofa bed, in comparison mine and my husband’s bed was comfortable and big, very nice but felt a bit guilty. Luckily there was a little window area so my youngest son took over that area, pulling the net curtain to while my older son sat on the bed. Hotel exterior is so stunning and location is absolutely fabulous. I will return."

"The lodge was lovely and clean with everything needed for a perfect stay. The hot tub was perfect and the bed was really comfy. Staff were lovely and helpful. Only one tiny issue was the internet being a bit slow but I know this is down to the location I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. "A very well presented house and had everything we needed for the week. My wife is in a wheelchair and the ramp to the front door and bedrooms with flat access throughout the property made it easy to use and get about. We were visiting family in the area and hope to use the property again."
