"Everything has been wonderful. From the minute we checked in, Ms Lena made sure we knew everything available and provided exceptional customer service. Ms April provided a wonderful breakfast and sweet spirit. They were very busy with the linemen and others coming in for the winter storm, but never waivered from their customer service and sweet smiles. The room was clean, the facility was clean, the pool was very nice and clean. The parking lot was well lit and we felt safe. Thank you all for the wonderful, stress-free stay. "The room was clean, minus the floor. Walking around barefoot uncovered the dirty floors. There were no pool towels on the second day (pool is not connected to building so in frigid weather, that short walk is brutal) but we just used towels from the room. Staff was always super sweet, courteous, respectful, and friendly. Super safe area. Walking distance to most things. Hardly had to drive away from parking lot. Will definitely be coming back here again!"
