"When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. We waited for a while, then knocked on the desk. Nothing. The phone rang incessantly with no one answering. We shouted "hello?" and no one answered. We heard a cell phone ringing in the back office that also went unanswered. My husband walked to the back hall and shouted "hello" with no answer. After a bit someone did come from around the hallway where the rooms are and apologized for the wait. There was no sign at the desk saying they'd be back at all. She was very nice but a sign saying she'd stepped away would have been helpful. The hotel was tidy and visibly clean but still smelled musty. The elevator had carpet in it? And it smelled like wet dog. The room was large but laid out oddly. You could not see the hotel door from the bed at all. There were shades but they didn't quite fit and let a lot of light in around them. Also inexplicably there was painter's tape covering the peep hole on the door? The room has also been absolutely dowsed in some sort of air freshener that was overwhelming. There was a chase in the room as well that looked comfy but had a big, nasty looking stain on it. The shower has mold and mildew in the corners and needs attention."

"Room needs some maintenance, including the bathroom shower handle not connected well. Staff turned us away from checking in, 45 mins before check in even though they said our room was ready but we had to come back or pay $15. Silly to make us walk around with luggage when our 2 bd room reservation was free."

"Hotel was nice for the most part but when we got there that was worst of it all. We got sent to a room and it was already occupied which then got the gentleman upset and the hotel had to call the cops to get him to settle down. Then we got sent to another room which again was occupied. Finally about an hour later around 130am we finally got a room. We then went to go to breakfast the next morning and the breakfast staff was so rude, barely had a selection of good food, it was horrible. We ended up just leaving. It was one of the worst experiences we had!!"
