It was very clean, and the light in the room was amazing from the windows. Great little kitchen area. The shower shampoo bottles were kind of hard to get to while in the shower, but good quality. Can't wait till the cafe is open!

We stayed 1 night at this hotel and it was honestly one of the best I’ve stayed at. The room was spotless, and so roomy. They have someone always working in the building, so if you ever need someone, they’re always available! Plus they’re super friendly! Definitely recommend this place!

Very clean and staff was friendly and responsive. Surrounding area was walking distance to Union station and surrounding area appeared safe enough to walk. The unit included all the amenities you could need during your stay. Only thing to note is that you could sometimes hear the street car passing through if you’re a light sleeper.

Amazing experience. While this is not a “traditional” hotel, I much prefer having the laundry in unit and the fully stocked kitchen. I don’t have to pay a higher rate for services I never use at other hotels, and being able to make breakfast in my own unit was game changing. Malik and Ateesha (sorry, not sure right spelling!) were so helpful and friendly. Malik recommended a bahn mi from a place around the corner from a sweet “Miss Daisy” which totally hit the spot. I’ll definitely be back next month with my family — the 2 and 3 bedroom options seem to be perfect for us, and at a great price compared to booking 2 or 3 separate hotel rooms. Thanks for a great stay!

honestly cannot rave about this place enough!! 😍 From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were beyond amazing, incredibly quick to respond, so friendly, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean (like, impressively clean ), which made it feel instantly comfortable and relaxing. And the VIEW… WOW 😍🌅 absolutely breathtaking. I could’ve stared out the window forever. The location was also unbeatable, perfectly situated, super convenient, and just an all around amazing spot to stay. This place completely exceeded my expectations and made my stay so special. I would recommend it to everyone without hesitation and I am already looking forward to staying here again!! 🥰🏡✨

What we liked about this place : The interior is very modern and everything was super clean. They have a full kitchen with all the equipments. Laundry and Dryer is inside the room - super convenient. Items you need are easily accessible for a refill in another room. We loved the Shampoo and Conditioner. Some disadvantages about this place : There have all the cooking tools but no cooking oil. The sink takes a while for the water to go down which was very annoying. We stayed in a room facing the roads and the subway that runs all night can be very loud. So if you are sensitive to traffic noise I do not recommend. There are other cars and ambulances, fire trucks, etc. running down the roads right beside you. The laundry machine is so small that it rotates itself and we had to stop the machine midway because the whole machine started to shake really bad. Overall, I think it was worth our money since we got it for a bit cheaper. The place gives a luxury homey vibe. The sink definitely needs a fix but if you’re not using the laundry and if you’re okay with having some noise, I think it’d be great for a short term stay.

FANTASTIC STAY! I hesitated a bit before booking because there weren’t any reviews but I would learn upon checking in that THEY OPENED TWO DAYS BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL! I’m very glad I took the chance because this place has everything we needed. The online photos are legit; a comfortable and exceptionally equipped unit that’s perfect for a short or long stay. Amenities such as Nespresso coffee maker, full kitchen with dishes, glassware, utensils…you could almost bake a cake if you wanted to! Stove with oven, microwave, kettle, full size fridge and even a damn full sized dishwasher, dishwashing tablets and liquid. The iron is small BUT MIGHTY! Don’t let its cute size fool you lol I spilled some soya sauce on one of my sweaters and was able to get it clean with the frontal units located in every unit. USB ports in the outlets next to the bed, smart TV, excellent bathroom with reliable water pressure; what more can you need? Atisha was awesome at keeping us informed before and during our stay. Thanks for adding the personal touch, girrrl! We’ll be back, a beginning of a wonderful story. THANK YOU!!! Darrin & Pierre P.S. I have to say this new hotel is perfect for what I wanted. Fantastic location, new, super clean, comfy bed and pillows, little kitchenette, and quiet for downtown Toronto! Parking is not even a block away. And underground.I think it’s gonna be my new go to when I come to the city.
