"Booked a certain type of room but it wasn’t available upon check in. So that was disappointing. Elevator system isn’t exactly great. It ’s new but isn’t user friendly. Rooms are lovely and it’s very clean."

"Room was clean, staff are friendly. The facility was dated however the pool was great. location is very convenient to go around the city, the train station is few minutes walk. I highly recommend it."

"Our room exceeded our expectations. The location was good. Morning staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. If I were to log a complaint it would be regarding parking. We circled the block a few times trying to figure out the included parking garage. It wasn't until we went into the office that we were given directions, instructions and our pass. It seems like there should be a better way to communicate this to customers in advance."

"This is our go to place to stay when we fly in and out of Toronto before heading off to visit family elsewhere in Ontario. We love the location for easy access to the airport, and it is always a smooth check-in process with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is always very clean. We noticed a few more signs of wear and tear but overall still looks great. Will be back on our next round of travel to Ontario and would recommend to friends and family if they need a place to stay."
