"Waterfall was not functioning in the pool area, asked for a fork at front desk and never got one. Always felt like I had to tip the bellmen. Parking should be free if paying that much for a hotel room. Other than that, all the attractions that we wanted to see were in walking distance. "

"Our room was clean, comfortable, good pillows, good bed. Shower could have been better. Restaurant on site was very good for breakfast. The attached Shoeless Joe's less so. There is a limited convenience nook there but much better to walk across the street to the 24hr store. Staff were very good, and the small cafe was excellent."

"The location is perfect. It’s in the middle of the city center, very easy to get around. Room is clean. Staffs are friendly. The bathroom door has this tinted glass that was a little inconvenient for our family of three, but it’s more of a laugh than a deal breaker. My husband would have to announce his bathroom events for privacy. You can’t see through the glass, but you can see the shadows of a person and know what the person is doing."
