"Very nice hotel in the heart of the city. Wonderful staff that was very warm and welcoming. We were welcomed with a hand written note in our bedroom. Fully stocked mini-bar and including useful amenities like a phone charger. We used none of it as we loved the bar downstairs too much ♡. "Very nice and comfortable rooms. Fast elevators and clean hallways. Perfect location for getting to/from the train station but also downtown or uptown. Shower water was hot with great water pressure. Rooms were quiet but near the elevator. We did not hear any late night/early morning noise from the park which was great. "Conveniently located at 41st and Madison, just a block away from Bryant Park, the public library, the 42nd street subway stop and 5th Avenue shopping. The 2nd floor lounge is a quiet spot to reset with complimentary snacks, beverages and fruit. The rooms are typical New York small but cozy with the cute library theme. "Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The room and rest of the hotel was so nice and clean. A really nice touch was getting water bottles when we checked in and being able to fill them up in the 24-hour convenience room. Awesome! And the location was perfect for getting anywhere quickly."
