"False advertising We booked a suite that said it slept 7, so my family of 7 expected somewhere to sleep. When we got there we found 3 double beds. When we asked if there was a rollaway bed or a cot since there wasn't a pullout couch, or any couch, we were told that 3 people can sleep in bed. Then why not advertise the so called "suite" as a room for 9? My son slept on the floor for 2 days in a sleeping bag since we were refused any extra bedding."

"We actually checked in & left 15 minutes later knowing we would not be refunded. Walking in we saw caution signs for leaking ceilings. We get to the room & the plugs are so worn out we could not plug in our chargers or cpap machines. Final straw was the thick dust & cobwebs on lamps. Outside has overgrown grass & lots of not responsible for break ins of your cars posted. Very scary, $103 out the window! "
