I only spoke a few Turkish phrases, but the staff were patient and understanding while we communicated via Google Translate. The room had a nice view over Trabzon and clean, came with a comfortable bed and chairs. The dry cleaning service/the staff letting me leave the luggage after the check-out was a huge plus as I travelled the Black Sea region. The location is just 7 min walk from the dolmus stop or 15 min walk from Trabzon Forum. I definitely stay here again.

We stayed there second time during our visit to Trabzon. It has a good location - pretty close to Forum mall, overall good facilities and a very friendly, nice environment. The only thing we didn't like is the shower wall. Both times it was stuck and it was hard to move it. The rest was great for this price.

Fantastic stay

Amazing experience of staying here. The room was clean and tidy, breakfast was rich and tasty. And the reception lady and people who work in the hotel are really hospital and friendly. I feel welcomed and warm of staying there.

No one cleaned the room and changing towels, etc.. the whole day at the end of the day when we back and asked them they said we need to inform first that we need it to be cleaned!!! they have a very poor room service

Really bad experience

I dont know how this hotel has such good rating. The rooms are very tight. And beds are adjacent to toilets. Forget about us using the washroom toilet even if the upper room or side rooms would use toilets we would hear loud noise. We were hearing noises all the time. Could not sleep. Bad breakfast on roof top. The only thing that was good was the roof top view. Also i left my mobile charger there and when i called them back to inquire, they said no one found any charger in your room. Also the cupboard was broken and lying on ground when we entered the room. They didnt even made effort pick it up and put it inside. Very disappointing 😞

언덕지대 위치한 거 빼고 다 좋아요

중심가에서부터 버스 15분 거리. 가파른 곳에 위치해있어서 처음 걸어갈 때 조금 고생했지만 엄청 좋았어요.

Tertemiz bir otel

Otel tahminimden fazla yukarıdaydı. Eski bir mahallenin ortasındaydı. 2 kadın 2 çocuk giderken biraz tedirgin olduk ama inanılmaz temiz bir oteldi. Bir oda fotodaki ile aynıyken diğer oda küçük ve mutfaksızdı ama tekrar gitsem aynı otele giderim. Temizliği, az çeşitli ama güzel kahvaltısı, güler yüzlü ve düzgün personeli çok iyiydi. Çocuk için rica üzerine peynirli omlet bile yaptılar.

이곳은 버스터미널에서 가깝고(걸어서 20분), 전망이 좋고, 돌무쉬를 타면 메르딘까 10분이고. 포럼은 걸어갈 수 있어요. 친절하고, 깨끗해요. 언덕에 있는데, 트라브존 도시 자체가 언덕에 있고 그것이 매력이니 이걸 문제 삼으면 안됩니다. 모스크가 가까이 있어 시끄러울 수 있으나 반대로 생각하면 그게 튀르키예 여행의 매력이지요. 5분 거리에 MIGROS가 있어서 와인이나 맥주를 사기도 좋아요. 물론 식당들도 많아요. 이틀 잘 보냈습니다.
