"The room was spotless, check in was easy and efficient, the building was nicely decorated for the Christmas season, and I would recommend the hotel. However, it is not handicap accessible, which was a problem for me."

Moreover, James specifically put himself on the front line for any specific request I had and his professionalism is what a great Hotel should always prioritize. The cleaning ladies on our floor have been very thoughtful and kind with us, always smiling! Last but not least, the staff at the Sophia restaurant, from the bar tender to the hostess, I have appreciated the professionalism and the service they provided every time. Thank to all of you for a great weekend, my family will definitely remember this experience on their way back to Italy! "
