TV situation (which I’m seeing is a thing) wasn’t the greatest only because you will need an hmdi to watch anything other than local tv, but still doesn’t take away from the stay. "The first thing that stood out to me was the employees at the front desk. They were very, very good at their job jobs. Very kind very helpful and informative. As we are not from Italy, we are from America and needed guidance in a lot of areas. they were very helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and tidy and comfortable, and the hotel itself was beautifully designed location is great close by restaurants and coffee shops in an excellent workout/gym facility. Also a hair salon close by and ample parking. "

"Basic no frills room. Clean and a decent size room. Didn't have breakfast to comment on. Staff were friendly and helpful. The funicular is a 20/25 minutes walk away to access the upper town. Lower town is about a 10 minutes walk away. "
