"Reservation made through Hotels.com but it did not show up on our Hotels.com App so another reservation was made at the hotel upon arrival. No double check by the clerk, so had double charge. Very poor customer service."

"Room was very clean. But bed is too high, had my 92 year old mother in law and it was very difficult to get on it. Maybe change bed styles or have a small stool to get on. Asked office for one and the didn't have one. "

"The property and Villa was absolutely beautiful, clean well stocked with everything I needed. Michele was also so sweet and accommodating to my needs we spoke for an hours and after the call I felt like family. I am planning in renting the Villa weekly. The sounds of the birds the fresh air and the lights really brought a sense of calm to my hectic work schedule, I didn’t even wanna leave this morning. The shower was hot to my liking everything was just so perfect. The water from the well tasted so clean and fresh. 10 stars all around definitely the best I have rented so far. "

"The hotel was conveniently located near the freeway. The restaurant next door had great food and the receptionist was really helpful in getting an accessible room close to an exit near my car because I had recently had 2 knee replacements."

"Very nice room accommodations. The room we had the bed area was all the way in the back of the room towards the back of the property so it was quiet from the street noise. Very spacious with a couch and separate TV and desk space. The continental breakfast was very delicious. I used their bagels to make a breakfast sandwich with eggs and bacon. The staff was very friendly. The property was very clean. Very easy walk into town to various shops and restaurants.I will definitely stay here again."
