"This property is an absolute gem! The panoramic cabin was so worth the extra money as it had one of the most amazing views that I’ve ever seen. We knew it was a risk to stay here and not see the Northern Lights in early September but we were rewarded with a beautiful show both nights we stayed here. It would have actually been worth it if we hadn’t seen the Northern Lights! The little basket of breakfast delivered to our door each morning had a good variety & was very unexpected and good. The...

"Overall great. They can train the staff about parking information in the town. Also they can educate about attractions nearby town which can be explored by car/public transport."
"Wonderful hotel for a stay in Tromsø. Very clean, helpful staff, and in a prime location. Views from our room were spectacular - we spent an afternoon gazing out and reading our books. Plenty of breakfast options that set us up for the day. Super easy access to/from the airport as the Airport Express bus stops directly outside. Cannot fault this hotel, we'll definitely be back one day!"
"The property itself was in a nice area, next to the Tromso bridge, just minutes walking distance to the shopping street.
A spacious apartment with a good kitchen, living room. I can see the Artic Cathedral in the view.
There were some email instructions and link to get to the apartment- the link brought me to the Storgata near Macdonalds though. I don’t understand the map given at all (no context and iconic buildings in map for a visitor to know)
After asking 2,3 people where it might be, I finally found the place. Thankfully it was a delight! "
"The staff were lovely -very helpful. They allowed us to check in early since our room was ready. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of offerings. There was a washer and dryer available for use which was greatly appreciated! "
"Staff are really kind. While only thing can be better is the parking slot. It will be great if the hotel can provide a parking space for customer to load/off-load luggages."

"This was the first hotel I visited where the reception was located on the top floor, shared with the bar, restaurant, breakfast area, recreation area (pool table, chess, foosball table, large TV), and a work area. Floor-to-ceiling windows lined most of the level, offering guests stunning views of the surrounding mountains and water. Whoever came up with this design was a genius. The Moxy staff undoubtedly had one of the best workplaces on the island. Speaking of staff, I found them all to be friendly and helpful.
Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Perfect for our four-night stay. Breakfast had everything we needed for a pleasant start to the day. There were abundant parking spaces available, but a word of caution for those with rental cars: the company managing the parking lot bills the rental car company, and they add their administrative markup fees to the final bill when you return the rental. To avoid all the ridiculous fees, we ended up parking in a small, unmarked gravel parking lot across the street from the hotel. We didn’t see any signs prohibiting the use of the lot.
During our two-week trip we stayed in seven hotels. Moxy is tied for first with the hotel in Tallinn, Estonia.
