"Staff is professional and always open for to give a hand or find good solutions. I didn't heard "i am sorry" but "we will find a way". That's the meaning of 5* international standard. There is only one to report negativ: "sound proofed" - in Vietnam that's almost not true, the traffic noise is always to hear because I couldn't find just one hotel in 9 years with double layer glass windows. "

"Our room was large, clean and comfortable with a lovely private balcony. We didn’t use all of the many amenities but did dip our feet in the perfectly temperate pool, and enjoyed a night cap in the rooftop bar. The staff were kind and accommodating, including arranging an excellent private driver (Peter) to drive us to Danang via the Hai Van Pass. I’d stay here again."
