Very convenient inside walk from airport to hotel. Lovely staff, a pool as well which isn't common for an airport hotel. Great buffet aswell, could do with some standard bacon, but that's a Bali thing so not going to hold it against them! Room comfortable soft bed, everything we expected and more

Room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff were amazing especially on the front desk late at night or outside concierge fantastic job very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok plenty to choose from. The kids corner French toast was the best! Also hot chocolate and coffee was yummy

We were celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary in the hotel had a wonderful message on the mirror and a beautiful chocolate cake for us in our room when we arrived! Flying in early and sleeping at this wonderful hotel really helped us prepare to be picked up the next day and I would highly recommend staying here because it’s a short walk from international arrivals. The breakfast, which you should most certainly purchase had a vast array of buffet choices with multiple stations. Everyone we encountered was friendly with smiles.

Our stay was for only 5hours, 4pm-9pm, which suited our needs. The only problem we encountered was that no one was at the reception area where the taxis arrive to assist us with our bags etc. We have stayed at this Novotel quite a few times and have always been greeted by someone when we arrive by car. The rooms have always been clean and very comfortable. Would recommend as an extremely convenient and great place to freshen up before an overnight flight.

This a great, convenient hotel for those late night arrivals or early departures. We found it easy to walk to from international arrivals and check in was quick and efficient. The room was clean, bed comfortable and the hotel had great facilities. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel is right on the airport grounds. That is a nice feature, but it does mean that if you leave the hotel, you need to pay the parking/entrance fee. You can easily go to the airport for food, etc. and return to hotel. Pool is nice. I'd stay here again.
