"The breakfast was good. Rooms were nice. We didn't have river view and that was disappointing. We had left something behind and tried 20 times during the day to call property but never an answer of the phone. Very disappointing."

"The room was spotless and comfortable. The showers were hot and the place was extremely dog friendly. The location is great and there is a wonderful view of the mountains. It sits on a creek and in the back you can have a fire. It was a wonderful experience and we will be returning."

"The hotel is a great value every time. It has a great location, across the street from the best breakfast restaurant in town and very close to Cataloochee Ski and the Blue Ridge Parkway. They offer free coffee and filtered water in the lobby all day and have a well-setup lobby with board games. We have not used the glass-covered heated pool."
