"Great house with plenty of room and seating. Not sure the cleaning company did a thorough job cleaning as it didn’t look like a good clean job was done. The table was sticky and my daughter found used contacts on the floor. That didn’t ruin our time though. It was an awesome trip and we would definitely rent this property again. The owner responded immediately to any questions I emailed her. "

"Great visit wonderful house. Turns out our friends we were visiting lived in the house back in the fifties. Great memories of the neighborhood. House is extremely well appointed especially the kitchen and the rest is very comfortable. The screened porch is special, especially for meals. Like sitting in a tree house. Only recommendation I would make is the house could benefit from some ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. Other than that it’s perfect. "

"This beautiful, comfortable home is equipped with everything we could possibly need. The spacious 3rd floor is young child friendly with toys, books and playtent. The basement floor is the perfect family hangout. The arcade offers an option to Xbox and movies. Grandson spent every moment he could there. The main floor is comfortable, the kitchen provided everything needed and beds were comfortable. My husband and I spent much of our time on the porch enjoying the quiet peaceful surroundings. Communication with Matthew was prompt and helpful. We would stay again. Though we only used the basement and main floor because there were only 3 of us, we would stay again. Property is perfect for large family. Beautiful Lake Junaluaka is so close you can be at the lake in 5 minutes. "
