"Room was clean staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good , the only complaint was that the hallways needed to be vacuumed!"

"I was told by the reservation clerk that I booked a smoking room. When I showed him my reservation was indeed a non smoking he said he booked me in a 2 queen non smoking room in a smoking building. He did not tell me that I need my room key to advance the elevator to my room. I stood in there thinking I was stuck until someone from an upper floor advanced the elevator. A guest coached me on how to get to my room. Upon entering my room none of the lights would come on. I found housekeeping on the floor and they told me it was a master switch at the door for all the lights. Finally upon getting settled I went to use the restroom and there was left over urine and paper in the bowl. "

"We were checked into a dirty room. Most of the floor had open latches and dirty rooms at 3:00 in the afternoon. We were then given another room that smelt like smoke, was not that clean. Had a cigarette burn in the sofa, a punched out screen like someone was just smoking in there. Breakfast was the same every day, a waffle machine, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal to make, or a few pastry bread items. Coffee was poor. We booked a queen bed, but seemed very small for my husband and me. It only had 3 pillows. There was a dog behind the property that barked 2/3 nights. The floor smelt like pot. Pool was still covered. Would try another property in the future. "

"The house was beautiful and very well supplied with lots of nice touches like snacks, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Our group enjoyed the comfortable beds and cozy spaces along with the beautiful landscaping and gorgeous views. The property was very clean and inviting."

"Great place to stay. The shower handles need replacing and were hard to operate without scalding or freezing yourself. The neighbor apparently is working on a garage band on Saturday night with some practice on Friday evening but they cut out at a decent time. Would definitely stay again despite the inconveniences.
