The room was ok but they don't have a well equipped kitchen. No small appliances and not kitchen towels. The worse was the couch in the living room who is dirty and with stains. The service and the employees are very good and attentive to the needs of the guest. Candelario, and Jose were great. Thank you!

The staff and this hotel are truly wonderful. Canadlero is especially very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and have stayed here twice for over 2 weeks each time. Don't listen to the review's that are bad as they are just complainers and probably complain everywhere they stay. All the staff are trying there very best to make your stay as great as possible. Beautiful place and highly recommend. For the price and what you get it is very reasonable.

Cute hotel in tulum

Hotel was cute, comfortable bed, clean and spacious. They helped bring luggage up the stairs which was very much appreciated. The hotel itself is very close to many restaurants and shopping downtown!

We stayed at the Luxury Apartment (Deck Garden Apartment w/ Private Pool), the room looked good at first but it actually is a little rundown and needs some maintenance or updates. The downside was that it seems to connect to the room next door with a wood sliding door, you could hear and smell everything happening next door, it didn’t feel private. The hotel staff is really good and responsive. The location is perfect between the tulum downtown and the beach, parking and great restaurants walking distance. Overall good experience, comfortable bed and room, the shared pool was great after a day exploring.

Loved staying here it was SUPER convenient. Right next to the main strip in La Veleta, a nice cheap and delicious taco stand, full kitchen, quiet, convenient. The only thing missing was if the pool got some sun :( then it would be PERFECT! Still would stay again :)

I was walking distance away from a block of restaurants and clothing, stores and local supermarkets and I was about 15 minutes from the beach downtown tourist area. The taxis were the only thing they were expensive.

Great Hotel

Our stay here for 2 weeks was truly wonderful. The staff are very friendly and are helpful at all times. The free breakfast was also very lovely. We would definitely stay here again when coming back to Mexico. They also have bikes you can use and a scooter you can rent. Also if you want to rent a quad just ask the front desk and they will assist you. Great location. 10 minute scooter ride to the public beach. They are affiliated with Ikal Hotel which is in the Jauger park. It has a really beautiful beach for swimming. You have to pay to enter the park. Just bring your hotel key and you can enter ( that is your reservation they will ask for it at the start of the park ) the cost to enter is kinda high but worth going to check out.
