The stay was amazing. The only thing is just the exterior at night it’s pretty dark, but nonetheless it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s very relaxing to stay there the communication it’s good with the host. Overall a good experience except for the cabs they can be pretty hostile if you get your own cab like (Eiby or Indrive) but the Taxis in Tulum are very aggressive and they just want to take the most money they can. I would just say be careful on that part.

A great retreat away from the noise

This was a beautiful place that was a great retreat! Enjoyed the private pool! Cabs to the beach were way overpriced for a short drive but Tulum is overpriced.

Everything was great! No issues and the management communicated very well. There are mosquitos just be aware but everything was safe and great! Easy to find off of the beaten path and SAFE! We rented ATVs for the week and couldn't be happier!

This property was super cute and clean! The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to help us get a new key for our apartment when we lost ours on a boat. They assisted us after hours without hesitation. We will definitely be back!

Liked it was near the local restaurants. I didn't like the cleanliness of the rooftop furniture nor pool. The bathroom on the top floor would sometimes run on its own for 2-4mins at night.

We stayed here during the holidays. The property is beautiful, but the management was not very responsive. Unfortunately, we ran out of water for a day and did not receive a response until 14 hours later. Additionally, we noticed that people do not respect the designated quiet hours, so if you’re looking for a calm and peaceful stay, this might not be the ideal place. On a positive note, the house is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, cleaning services were available, and the place was always kept very clean.

great spot - we had a very good stay at casa wahh. was well located between the beach and the main town so it was easy to get around. the only disappointing thing was that casa wahh was advertised as having free pool and jacuzzi access even for the terrace apartments which don't have a private pool. turned out to be a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna situation at a restaurant a few minutes away walking and the jacuzzi was broken and the pool didn't look as clean as we'd have liked. otherwise a good spot to relax and stay at in tulum. Anel, the property manager was very responsive and helpful!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Wahh. Really nice property. The quiet was nice and so were the amenities. Really enjoy the upstairs area. Also liked that, it had security and felt safe. Be aware that there is not much in the immediate area. A person has to walk or find a way to get to anything around there. Might make sense to Rent a bike, but we didn’t do that . The community pool isn’t much to talk about. As others have mentioned, there is construction all around, but didn’t feel intrusive at all.

The most Honest Review

Casa Wahh was insanely beautiful. It is in this luxury complex of apartments in Tulum. Casa Wahh is about a 20-minute taxi ride to the center of Tulum where all the restaurants and resorts are which can be a bit annoying because all of the taxi drivers are scammers in Tulum. If you plan on staying here, I suggest renting a car. The host Anel is the absolute best, she will do anything in her power to make your stay a pleasant one. We reached out to her with any questions or concerns, and she answered all of them in a timely manner. Take into consideration that these are apartments and not an adult only resort and there may be children or dogs on the premises. She has no control over that. We didn't get a chance to visit the spa but we did book a massage and clay mask in our room which was a 10/10. There is a restaurant called TUUCh on the premises which was great. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here, it made my stay in Tulum pleasant.

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, 3 beds, one king in one room and 2 twins in another, beds are rock hard, not looking forward to sleep in them, we are not sure how this apartment shows as a property that can accommodate 5 persons, but some how Expedia or Casa Wahh, allow for a booking for 5 person, they shouldn’t. Check in was a nightmare, since I never got the access codes and no one seemed to answer my call, text or messages through the Expedia app, we were able to get in an hour later by mere chance as we happened to see a person that was leaving the apartment complex and he happened to be a person they worked here, he had to contact the managers to get the access codes. Beat in mind that the place is mosquito infested, so waiting outside, locked out for an hour meant to be fighting with mosquitoes. After we finally got in I reached out to the managers only to get this response response: “ Hello I am sorry Wr semt you all the info to the app I have the proves So please check well your messages.” They sent their screenshots and I sent my screenshots, they sent messages and for some reason I didn’t receive them. A technical issue but I was surprised by the rudeness of the manager “…so please check your messages well”, zero tact, zero care. I’m glad we are just staying here for one night on our way to Xcaret.

The place was amazing. Only about a 20-minute walk from Tulum Central if you like to walk. We spent five nights there, and our host, Anel, was immaculate. She helped us with everything we needed to make our trip a success.
