The rooms were clean and proper, and staff was super friendly and accommodating. I also liked how walkable this location was to many spots in downtown! As a solo traveler I felt safe the entire time here.

The friendly staff made check-in a breeze. The underground parking is narrow and low, but our rental car fit. We apprecaite teh close proximity to Avenida Tulum, the restaurants, supermarket, and ADO bus terminal.

Hi! The staff especially Laura at the front desk was very nice and helpful with the little problems we had with our room. We had a room that the door didn’t lock, so everyone could open our door room and come in at anytime. The repair crew were super quick for the repairs and the staff upgraded our room free of charge to accommodate our experience at their hotel. Would recommend.

Staff were all lovely and very helpful. Balcony was a little dirty on the floor, shower wasn't great in terms of water pressure but the size was bigger than most hotels. Hotel was quiet in terms of guests and no beer buckets were available in the rooftop bar as advertised in the elevators. Overall would recommend

Great place to stay! Very nice accommodations, very friendly staff. I loved staying here. Walking distance to the centro where you will find lots of stores and restaurants. Very safe area. Only 8 mins drive to the Tren Maya station and 10 min drive to the beach. Highly recommend

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn, the staff were excellent, check in was fast and easy. They let me check in early and gave a late checkout. Much better than Holiday Inn’s in the U.K. Rooms were a good size, with a coffee machine and tv, water pressure was really good, and the clock had a usb port. So good I stayed an extra night. . Only thing that would be beneficial would be a mini fridge in the room, although the staff did find me a fridge. Highly recommended

I enjoyed the pool. I enjoyed the hotel. It was clean. The only thing that was terrible was the bathroom. The toilet kept clogging when it flush right but staff was great and it was clean.

The staff is great here-on and off desk, they are kind and attend to your needs. There is still renovation going on but it did not really bother me. The pool was tranquil and not too many people going there, plus they have a gym & balconies. The location is prime and I can't complain for the price I got in a package.

Overall had a good stay here. Rooms were smaller but adequate. Wifi was good and steady. The space was lacking a few things like a mini fridge and a safe. A few maintenance things such as the chain lock was falling off the wall and the shower faucet needs a thermostatic valve to help control the water temperature as it was very inconsistent (cold then scalding). The only other issue was the parkade. It was not access controlled, so not really any different than parking on the road. The entrance and exit are extremely narrow so if you've rented a larger vehicle, it will be VERY tight. We also could not find our way up to the hotel from within the parkade (still under construction) so we had to walk around each day. Hotel location is very convenient for cars as it's at the crossroads of the 2 major roads for daytrips but a bit of a walk to restaurants...would be great if they had bicycles onsite. Bank with cash machine was just the next door. Overall, happy with our stay.

Pool was very nice and people in restaurant too. Prices a bit high though. They did not follow up with me properly with my arrival. Proper arrangements were not made FOR transportation. Perfect for us

This hotel is located towards the end of the main road where all the action happens, however we need it a quiet hotel with a pool for our children. The hotel has recently opened up so it is basically brand new and they're doing a few final touches. It has an underground parking garage, a beautiful pool and greenery around it. Super clean, comfortable, quiet and affordable. We walked to the main square plaza and it took us about 15 minutes, nearby you find lots of food options, a supermarket across the street, a few ATM/banks and the Tulum ruins are one traffic light away from the hotel.

No english signs. The beddings are horrible, and make you hot, maybe switch to cotton. We had no other choice hence why we stayed. The parking is absolutely horrible and there's mo elevator from the underground parking so you have to bring up your luggage up the stairs.
