The location was amazing. We got the sea facing room which we really loved for the view and sound of waves. All of the staff members were great , polite, professional. Our room was great, but some amenities could be improved upon like having a coffee maker, clothing iron, and blow dryer inside the room. The staff was great, however having more personnel on site would make the manager’s job a lot more simpler. The hotel restaurant was also overpriced for the quality of food received.

The staff was amazing, flavio was extremely helpful with all things needed for our room, as well as Griselda always keeping our room beautiful and clean not to mention the absolutely beautiful swan towel designs that she left us, her sense of humour was contagious, Cayetano was so sweet and attentive always checking up on us at the beach and giving us great dinner recommendations, he was such a nice person and we look forward to seeing everyone again!

The place is run down, the roof top bar and jacuzzis are closed. I had 2 rooms and my kid’s room had a cockroach, so my son refused to sleep there. Also the manager was super rude. I don’t usually complain, but this was definitely a bad experience.

Samantha and the rest of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel is super cute with gorgeous plants, clean rooms, and a great spot on the beach. The Agave restaurant associated with the hotel was delicious. They have the tallest vantage point along the coast of Tulum so you can enjoy sunset over the trees and sunrise over the ocean. They also have a coffee service included where they bring you freshly roasted coffee and leave it outside your room at your desired time. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel facilities and staff are nice but it is way over prices compared with amenities that hotel have; hair dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers etc that didn’t provide, compare price they charge should have so much more. Also it is difficult because no staff on site after 6pm.

Yes. Flavio VERY helpful, as was everyone else. Esmeralda, cleaner, good. Helpful staff. But the lighting in the room and bathroom was very dim. Yes, we are older, in our 60s and 70. But we couldn't see to read. Beach clean. Restaurant workers helpful and cheerful.

Overall I was very disappointed with my stay here. The coffee service that was advertised didn’t show up unless you complained. The facilities on the beach and rooftop were unkept and messy. Most chairs were ripped and falling apart and the rooftop was upside down. There were broken string lights lying around and the pools were filled with debris. I booked with the understanding that breakfast was included but was told that it was a separate option you had to pay extra for which was not advertised. Both the restaurants were very overpriced.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Azulito. The property is perfectly located right on a beautiful beach, which made our time there even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. First, we want to mention Samantha, the manager. She was amazing — she made reservations for us, gave us great recommendations, and made sure everything about our stay went smoothly. A special thank-you also goes to Griselda from housekeeping. She kept our room spotless and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. She, along with the rest of the team, went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. We also want to recognize Gregorio, our butler, who was fantastic and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The food at the hotel restaurant was also excellent. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily return.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Every morning the bathroom toilets were not working properly and we had to call maintenance repeatedly. The shower water was inconsistent and not always hot, which is unacceptable for a hotel at this level. In addition, there was significant noise from the street, making it difficult to rest properly. What frustrated me the most was the lack of responsiveness — it took four days to receive a reply regarding these issues. I am especially disappointed because I am a loyal customer and have stayed with this brand many times before. I expected much better service and attention. This experience did not meet the standards I am used to, and I truly hope the hotel will improve its maintenance and guest communication.
