El concepto del hotel es muy "reconectar con la naturaleza" pero de manera cómoda y acogedora, lo cual se cumple excepcionalmente, el servicio impecable, las habitaciones en excelente estado, limpias, con aire acondicionado, ropa de cama de algodón. Los restaurantes tienen costo Tulum pero hay gran variedad de opciones y todo de gran calidad, el desayuno a la carta esta incluído y es espectacular. Mil graciaa a todo el staff que nos hizo sentir comodas en todo momento.

This property was SOOOO beautiful & very zen. The only issues I had were more related to customer service. If you had any issues, they were not willing to accommodate at all. It was very much a "you get what you get & you don't throw a fit" attitude from the staff. This includes restaurants & front desk. Next to no light when getting ready in the Jungle rooms. Very dark. Despite all this - I would still stay here again. Very beautiful place

I paid too much and wasn’t able to modify my trip I had issues in the airport I didn’t arrive on time to my check in until the next day. So I was only able to stay one night check out the next morning and I literally think that was so unfair because I came out here to enjoy my daughters birthday and paid so much so that we can only stay for one night I wasn’t able to get an additional day or get a refund. I also did not feel safe at all staying in this place the people there are weird and creeps.
