The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms distributed across its 2 floors. On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area is the heart of the home, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, and a television. The fully open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the ground floor. On the upper floor, the first bedroom features 1 double bed, the second bedroom contains 2 single beds, and the third is an open room with 1 double sofabed and air conditioning, with direct access to the balcony. A second shower room with bidet and WC is also located on this floor. Please be aware that from the bedroom with the double sofabed, a steep staircase with no handrail leads to the attic floor, which remains locked.
