"Staff was very friendly and food at restaurant was good. Close to airport and rental car returns (15-20 minutes) Bathroom needs serious remodel. Lacks anywhere to place toiletries. Cracked tiles. Looks like it's older than my house. Bedroom area was okay but lacked convenient electrical outlets to plug in. Bed was clean and comfy though. Location is very noisy from truck traffic so not best place of you're a light sleeper. It's not a bad place to stay overall just mediocre but for a night or two near airport it works. "

"1. Parking: This was used by nearby workmen's 4 wheel drives, to park around the clock for their shifts on Vic Big Build. Big engines backed into the unit doors, changing at hours in the middle if the night. We returned to our unit at 5 pm on 2 occasions, to have no parking. It was organised 30 minutes later, when workmen finished the shift on nearby worksite. Hot water was a disaster, a problem of cheap installation. The lounge chair had completely peel off vinyl, the other chair legs were loose, the single bed was a king size bas with a much smaller mattress. they reluctantly gave us fresh towels, only once after we chased them up over putting the sign out with no response. We had to beg for more tea bags and sugar. Your photo is nothing like the reality of the room. We are average elderly Australians who treat other people's property with respect. This was a horrible experience and I believe a parking racket for money is going on. Expedia was recommended to me, but never again after this experience. "

"Rooms are good value for money/roomy and comfortable. I want to stay here again but, unfortunately (at time of writing), the car park is not secure. During my stay, three cars had their side-windows smashed-in during the early hours. The car park is located away from rooms so no one knew about crime until the morning. Local police investigated and commented that the area is problematic. Bell Motel can't be blamed for the actions of criminals but I hope they can consider introducing security measures for the car park that minimise the risks posed by its location away from rooms (e.g. motion-detection lights, boom gate, better cameras to record crime so prosecutions can occur). I really want to acknowledge the kind hotel staff who did their best to help the affected guests (e.g. they vacuumed out all the glass from our cars, cooperated with police investigation, etc.). "

"Large rooms. Had everything I needed. A few loud guests at 4am but no trouble. Mattress was a bit uncomfy plus a very thin pillow. Still good for what I paid. Cheers"
