The way that hotels make beds is not for the comfort of the customer but for the appearance of the room. As usual I ended up unmaking and remaking the bed to make it possible to sleep In comfort. I can’t believe anyone likes feeling like they are in a Straight jacket when they sleep. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable enough.

Staff at breakfast buffet was extremely rude. The blonde lady with a top knot checking the rooms for breakfast order shouted at me and told me to lower my voice. Then she said she is working very hard. The Asian waiter refused to refill the flavoured yogurt saying it doesn’t need a refill. The chia pudding was empty for an hour and was not refilled at all.

Found hair on bed, it was not ours as the hair strang was long. Bathroom had mold on tiles. Hoskeeping knocked at the door and asked us to handover the rubbish and soiled linen to her while she waited at the door. Breakfast everyday was identical and looked like they store it in the fridge and give it out in the morning. And also the food served was cold as in scrambled egg was served cold, sausages were cold etc. It was actually a horrible experience.
