"The property staff was extremely helpful, but the room was very small, the shower water kept turning on and off on it's own, and the toilet clogged almost immediately upon arrival. The room had light coming in the whole time and needs blackout curtains. No AC so bring a fan. People talking outside the thin wall late into the evening. Breakfast not worth the cost as it was toast and an egg. Great place to stay a night as it's in a good location near Bolivar Square. It's perfect for backpackers."

"The staff were helpful and the room was clean. I like having coffee in my room and that was not possible. Had to wait till 7:30 AM for the restaurant to open. Or get dressed and walk around the corner. But overall, it was a comfortable visit in a fantastic neighborhood And I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff."
