"The wifi was good and the food was great. DO NOT DO YOUR LAUNDRY THERE BECAUSE IT IS A BIG RIP OFF. THEY DO IT FOR YOU AND CHARGE YOU LIKE 8 TIMES OR MORE THE AMOUNT YOU WOULD PAY IN THE US SO IT IS BEST TO GO TO A LOCAL LAUNDROMAT. The price of dinner was a bit expensive but that's the price you pay for convenience. House Keeping did a good job cleaning the room everyday. They only have a minibar in the rooms that have a warm temperature so it doesn't make any sense you put anything in it. Some of the staff were very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal but the area itself isn't affordable. If you want good prices, it's best to take an uber to downtown. "

"Overall a fantastic experience! Loved that the lobby and Sky Lounge was on the top floor (12th) so had breakfast with a view every morning. My bf and I don’t speak Spanish but the staff did great with their limited English so our visit went smoothly. "

"The room was beautiful with a good distribution. The check in was fast, but the gave us the wrong room and we have to switch. A room for four only have two bath towels, we have to ask for extras and also one pillow per person, and we are use to have two per person. The bed was not comfy as we expected from a five star hotel. The breakfast was good but the sitting us in a table that was not clean and ready. We have dinner at Ushin and the service and the food was really good but too slow, I think they don’t have enough servers."

"The mattress was covered with a plastic protector and the sheets were old and didn't stay around the mattress. The room was very small. A bit of a battle with hot water till you get the Trick. The hosts were amazing and the breakfast was pretty good. The property was clean. Secure, and in a good quiet neighborhood. Good value "
