"Its a lovely hotel with very pleasant staff. Immaculately clean and a great pool. One of our rooms had a private spa pool which was warm with jets. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. Last night it rained like the bible and in the morning the grounds still looked pristine. A wonderful hotel."
"The hotel is a pretty hacienda with nice big rooms and comfty bed. The free breakfast was a basic continental one but we ended up paying for the buffet they have on Tuesdays at 2x1. We spent just 1 night and wish we could have stayed longer for truly enjoyung the place."
"This is more like a motel for couples to come for a few hours of sex ,not accomodation for tourists , totally unsafe as the office stuff are the only people who can keep your door key, so i felt unsafe for leaving my luggage alone any minute"
"I had a poor experience with this reservation. The address listed on Expedia was incorrect, which made locating the property frustrating and time-consuming. The surrounding neighborhood didn’t feel safe—especially when leaving a vehicle—and to make things worse, there was no parking lot available (WHICH IS STATED ON THE RESERVATION BE CAUTIOUS AND READ ALL DETAILS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.) During my conversation with the representative of Expedia, I offered to share my live location or even...

"Lo mejor de nuestra estancia fue la alberca, templada a toda hora lo que permitió disfrutarla más tiempo. Las instalaciones súper limpias y el personal muy amable en todo momento. Si acaso las camas un poco incomodas pero en general bien la habitación. Sus jardines son hermosos y la ubicación del hotel es perfecta, no se percibe ruido del exterior. "

10/10 Excellent
"This is a fabulous property, beautifully and authentically appointed, with gorgeous grounds and a wonderful swimming pool. We were a group of six adults, three couples, who thoroughly appreciated the elegant accommodations, and we had plenty of space to be together, or to do whatever work we needed to do in solitude. The three master bedrooms upstairs, each with an ensuite bathroom, were terrific.
Monica is a superb and knowledgable host, and a superior communicator. We took her advice for a local guide and transportation and had a fantastic week exploring the area. There are rare and significant sites for day trips and our driver/guide Fernando was extremely knowledgable and a near native English speaker.
Gabriel, the onsite manager, was also extremely attentive and available for any questions we had. All in all, this was an exceptional trip and we are very grateful that we found this place!
