"Technical savvy needed ie. texting,email,video. This is really a first class air B and B. Central and walkable. Good newly renovated solid apartment building. Clean, quiet, good air conditioning( mid)September. Safe. Serviced every day with new towels . room done quietly and efficiently. Never saw another human as everything done silently and efficiently by phone. Near ancient Arena but with double glazed windows never heard anything. Would definitely stay again."

"Ithaca Design is an annex to a hotel: Best Western Hotel Armando, Via Dietro Pallone, 1, 37121 Verona VR, Italy. It's presumably cheaper than the hotel itself. It consists of a few rooms in an apartment building. It is a short distance away from the hotel itself, just a few minutes' walk. You check in at the hotel and the clerk gives you a key card which opens the front door to the building, the door to the rooms (1 flight of stairs up), and your own room. The desk clerk came with me to show me how it works, and even helped me carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs. They don't come in every day to make the bed; you do that yourself after the first day. Some people would want bed-making and fresh towels every day, but I didn't mind. The location is very convenient: a short walk to the historic center of Verona and to many of the university buildings."
