"It’s managed remotely from another motel in the central city. They want a $200 hold on your credit card. It’s really basic, cheap(ish) accom with an uncomfortable bed (in my room) and very noisy from adjoining rooms. It was ok for a couple of nights when working in that part of Hamilton"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean with a nice shower in the bathroom. However, the parking area was tight and difficult to back out when filled. I would recommend to the owners to put more hooks in the rooms for coats, towels etc. Also, have more than one small rubbish bin. "

"The apartment was excellent value for money, clean, well equipped. It was warm and being on a main road I expected it to be noisy but it was really quiet. It's literally a six minute walk to the hospital door. However.... The check in process is a pain in the a&$$ The keypass needs to be collected from another site and the ph. number on the expedia site was wrong. When I got the correct number, the phone was only answered after the fourth occassion. "
