"I've stayed in several VRBO properties and I'm a host owner myself, so we're pretty particular. First, this place was extremely clean. Bonus points for that. The location was outstanding, right on a beautiful trout stream and listening to the music of the flowing water was terrific. We didn't use the fire pit but it's right on the creek also. Beds were very comfortable, very nice sheets and towels is another plus, kitchen had everything necessary and more. Comfortable living area was nice, plenty enough room with nice fireplace. It was well worth the money. We'll be back."

The Red Room is tastefully curated and thoughtfully designed—a lot of care went into creating a comfortable space for couples to reconnect and have fun.We came looking for a getaway different from the usual, and this exceeded every expectation. "We rented this cabin for a long weekend with 12 adults and 6 children, and it exceeded our expectations in every way.The location is unbeatable. Sitting right on the Toccoa River, we spent hours fishing, relaxing in the hot tub or sauna, and chatting around the campfire.The space worked beautifully for our large group. Everyone had room to spread out, and the common areas were big enough that we could all gather comfortably for meals and games without feeling cramped. The kitchen handled the demands of cooking for 18 people without issue.The hosts were fantastic—quick to respond to questions before and during our stay, and genuinely helpful when we needed recommendations for local spots. It's clear they care about their guests having a great experience.We're already talking about booking again next year.
