"Room was clean and loved that they had washer dryer in room. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was amazing!! Also very convenient that Donkee hote was downstairs in same building. Would definitely stay here again!!!"

"A great tourist friendly hotel right on the Kokusai-dori, the main tourist street in Naha, Okinawa. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, and I had no problems speaking English. Check-in was a breeze. The property is an nice, solid hotel - clean and well run and rooms were huge by Japanese standards. Everything in the rooms looked and felt clean, and there wasn't anything too complicated to figure out - just make sure you turn the minifridge on yourself as Japanese staff turn these off between guests to save on energy. Overall, a great pace to stay while you are in Naha or exploring Okinawa."

"This place is amazingly kept, in a great location with fantastic staff. The only reason I cannot give it 5 stars is the wifi and internet. If you are stayibg here and need to conduct business, you may want to rethink your stay. VPN connnectivity was spotty as well along with the wifi resetting every 30 mins or more. A place of this magnatute needs to hire an compedent IT staff to keep this stuff working properly. (and I have been an IT priofessional for over 15 years.)"

"Amazing stay at South Gate!!! The location could not have been more convenient for us. It was right on the Yanbaru Express bus line. The staff were awesome and super helpful! We enjoyed our yummy drinks on the rooftop with a gorgeous evening view. We opted for the Thai restaurant for dinner. The food was SOOO delicious (and we’ve been to Thailand), we had to personally thank the chef. The bath house was an unforgettable experience (especially for my friend who had never been to a Japanese Bath House). We loved it so much that we decided to return the night before our departing flight. FIVE STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, to include extra pillows, help navigating the temperature remote and recommendations for dinner - Taco King! Be aware if you get in late, the dining options are limited in the local area since most close by 8pm. The room was very comfortable, CLEAN, had all the amenities that you would need and very spacious!! We stayed the 3rd week in October for 1 night. The views from the balcony were spectacular, especially at sunrise! This is a great place for families and those who want some nature and peace and quiet on their vacation."

"パイナップルパークへ行くのが目的で宿泊しました。21世紀の森ビーチ、沖縄料理食堂やコンビニへも徒歩10分以内でとてもアクセスしやすいです！高速バス乗降車のできる名護市役所からも歩いて行ける範囲ではあります。非常に便利な場所で助かりました！部屋も清潔でしたし、アメニティも揃っていました、そしてなによりこちらのホテルには看板猫さんがいて、運よく会えたのが何より嬉しかったです！！！"

"Location is really good, monorail station is very close by, many convenience stores around, Donki is also nearby. Laundry machines are located near the restaurant, it was an awkward location. Hotel's parking is not suitable for big car but can use Times's parking nearby."
