"The villa was everything we could hope for and more. The view of Etna and the sea are breathtaking. The accomodations are so comfortable and spacious. Both indoor and outdoor kitchens are well-equipped. The location is ideal for visiting Siracusa and Catania quite easily, as well as the Etna wine country. Our host was so pleasant, helpful and attentive to all our needs. We highly recommend the traditional Sicilian supper prepared by a chef who will come to the villa."
"This place is fancy! We needed an overnight with parking near Syracuse but away from the traffic of Catania. This option came up at a reasonable price. It was a bit of a waste for us to leave the next morning without enjoying some of the grounds and the pool, but who knew! The included buffet breakfast was resplendent with choices."

"This villa was as listed with three bedrooms and two baths. The outside space had a nice mixture of sun and shade as well as lots of lounging, cooking, and eating space. The beach was a very short walk and was a really nice beach with clean sand and a nice stationary beach umbrella. While the bath towels were clean they were a bit threadbare. The pillows were also in poor shape. Overall, we loved this place! It was secluded, but not far from Catania which was lovely to walk through and see all the architect in churches, apartments and such. There were so many restaurants to choose from as well as gelato!!!"

"My husband, my friends and I had a beautiful stay at this charming villa overlooking the sea! We even got to see Mt. Etna erupting one morning from the patios and gardens! Everything went very smoothly from check-in to check-out. We even opted in to a beautiful dinner prepared for our group after a long day trip up Mt. Etna and the several-course meal was divine, ending with a magnificent homemade tiramisu! I will be recommending this place to friends and family who have already started asking where I found it! "

"Superb home, very comfortable for my wife and I, our two children (13 & 8), and our Italian friend (55). Geographically great to reach Syracuse, Catania and Taormina. The view of Aetna is spectacular. In the evening we could see the lava! The kitchen had everything needed to prepare our own meals, and a laundry for our clothes. In the morning, we had our coffee watching the sunrise and the fishing boats coming and going. However, it is a little isolated as you will have to drive some distance for restaurants and grocery. Parking is a little tight by American standards, but possible with some care. The area is very quiet and peaceful (mid-April, probably louder in the summer)."
"The location cannot be beat. The house is on a beautiful cliff side with plenty of rooms for a large party. However, we experienced a power outage (it happens!) but it took hours to hear back from our host and we were simply told he was in a business meeting and to contact another person. For being marketed as a luxury villa, this was poor service. We ended up liking our other contact much better. She was able to help right away.
