The lovely property in East Vail on Gore Creek is perfect for small families or groups of friends. Only five miles from Vail Village, with a free ski bus stop mere steps away that runs frequently during ski season, you'll have plenty of opportunities for adventure. Enjoy an aprés-ski meal at one of the many restaurants nearby or take the kids to Vail Square Ice Rink, six miles west for some family fun. Come back to your home base where you'll have shared amenities including a pool and tennis court. The interior of the condo is spacious, with 1,100 square feet of living space. It is fully furnished and beautifully decorated. Free WiFi is included in the home as well as a private washer/dryer to round out all your essentials for an amazing stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
