The upper floor and communal spaces are flooded with light as they wrap around a charming courtyard with a lemon tree and fish basin. The house is surrounded by a large garden with an in-ground pool. Extra amenities include a bbq grill, a ping-pong table, a swing set, a fireplace, a piano, a laundry room and plenty of parking space.

Entire house is available for use by the guests. The main floor includes the open living/dining space, kitchen, courtyard, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The lower floor includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 laundry room and a garage. The main terrace with bbq grill is accessed from the living room and overlooks the garden with the pool. The ping-pong table is available for use near the garage.

Valbonne is conveniently located between the Mediterranean (easy access to Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Théoule-sur-mer) and the Alps (easy access to hundreds of medieval hilltop villages, incredible hikes and river swimming in le Loup). Valbonne is a lovely medieval Provençal village located in a valley. The streets are bustling with activity. You will find small businesses selling everything from artisanal crafts to clothing and furniture on every street. The central plaza, la Place des Arcades is a very animated space that contains several restaurants with outdoor seating. There is a large selection of restaurants to choose from in Valbonne.

The center of Valbonne village is a short walk from the house. Renting a car is highly recommended if you are interested in exploring the areas beyond Valbonne. Alternatively, there are buses that provide access to all of the nearby cities, towns and villages.
